Each year, INTECH’s entire staff spends a “Day of Service” devoted exclusively to working on a community project that may have languished due to lack of funds, more pressing issues, or other seemingly impossible hurdles. A committee led by INTECH’s Diversity and Community Manager meets to consider and select a project. The only requirements are that a project must be:
