A massive four-story structure designed for mail sorting and distribution with an adjoined 36,000 square foot administration building, the heart of this project is a state-of-the-art, $25-million mechanization system. The building consists of a metal siding exterior skin with precast and curtain wall systems, and a structural steel framing system resting on a pile foundation. Site development for the project helped prepare for the surrounding landscaped areas as well as visitor and employee parking lots.
