INTECH has prioritized an initiative to ensure that its staff are properly trained and educated in the practices of LEED and sustainability principles. Training programs for INTECH's staff have yielded 18 Legacy LEED AP, 4 LEED AP with specialty (LEED AP BD+C) and 11 LEED Green Associates. This substantial knowledge base allows us to understand LEED requirements and how they are implemented.
Our training and experience means that our staff “gets it”; the result is enhanced communication with architects and engineers. INTECH team members assist the design team in evaluating point achievability and cost analysis during Pre-Construction, then ensure that a project’s sustainable directives are implemented properly in the field. Our professionals continually look for additional ways to apply the company’s green initiatives on all of our construction sites.
