The 12-story, 130,000 SF student residence for Drexel University is home to 490 students in 130 two-bedroom suites. The contemporary building features common rooms and reading lounges on each living level, as well as centralized laundry and bike storage spaces on the first floor. The structure is steel frame with concrete plank decks, and the skin is a combination of curtainwall, masonry, and metal-clad panels. This project was delivered using Design/Build delivery system.
