INTECH renovated the 10-acre site that houses the existing Mann Center for the Performing Arts, the region’s only non-profit outdoor cultural arts center. Following the site work, the project was divided into two phases, including the addition of a new public Welcome Center and Entry Plaza, incorporating lighting and ornamental entry gates that lead guests onto the renovated Campus Green. The new East Pavilion (second phase) was inspired by the existing structure, and now provides the public with additional rest rooms, a concession area, and an education/donor room that opens onto the adjoining Garden Terrace.
