Beginning in January 2012, INTECH established a company policy regarding jobsite waste management. To ensure that INTECH’s commitment to sustainability continued to reach new levels, all projects use waste haulers that recycle and divert construction debris from landfills. The target on every project is to divert at least 75% of construction debris. This requires waste haulers to deliver trash dumpsters to recovery stations that separate the comingled trash. Waste haulers provide monthly diversion reports for each project to track. INTECH tracks its companywide diversion totals on an annual basis.
