The Philadelphia Theatre Company has a new home at the Suzanne Roberts Theatre, a new mixed-use development adjoined to Symphony House Condominiums on Philadelphia's Avenue of the Arts. The new 400-seat live performance facility included construction of a traditional proscenium auditorium and mezzanine, state-of-the-art lighting and acoustics, a dramatic glass facade, a box office with street access, and state-of-the-art accessibility for patrons with disabilities. This project was built simultaneously with the Symphony House Condominium project, and was a joint venture with L.F. Driscoll Company.
