Under the direction of Buell-Kratzer Powell Architects, INTECH repaired a chronic water infiltration problem, provided accessibility for all patrons, restored original terra cotta ornamentation, and preserved the character of the original 1906 interior. The result was an energy-efficient building that is once again a major neighborhood gathering place.
