American Heritage Federal Credit Union, a long-term client of INTECH, has engaged INTECH to perform design and Pre-Construction services for its new office building on its corporate campus on Red Lion Road in Philadelphia. The current design-build project is a two-story structure with a basement and a connection to the adjacent existing facility. The first level of the building is planned to contain meeting, cafeteria, food preparation, mailroom, and other administrative spaces, with office space located on the second floor. The building’s exterior finishes will blend seamlessly with the historic aesthetic of the existing campus. INTECH is leveraging the skills of its team of passionate professionals to achieve a faster than usual design and construction process while optimizing the construction scope to fit within the client’s budget.
INTECH’s capability to meet American Heritage’s needs, no matter how big or small, in a timely and cost-effective manner, has led to a long and fruitful relationship for all involved. INTECH and its subcontractors have proven their ability to work closely with American Heritage’s vendors, suppliers, and facilities teams to produce high quality buildings that stand the test of time.
