Jersey City Municipal Annex is a three-story building with associated site work. It is located at the corner of Kearney Avenue and Martin Luther King Drive in Jersey City, NJ. The building is being constructed of a steel frame and composite metal deck structure with a brick, cast stone, aluminum window, and curtainwall façade. The building will be occupied by Jersey City Housing, Economic Development & Commerce, and Health & Human Services departments. Design for the new office space is in progress.
