This 26-story ultra-luxe tower, is the second ultra-luxe tower in Philadelphia by Scannapieco Development Corporation. This latest tower, like its predecessor, 1706 Rittenhouse, will feature an intimate collection of only 38 exclusive residences with spectacular views of Independence Hall, several blocks of park like settings, and greenery. Residences will range from 2,700 SF to full-floor units of over 4,300 SF with 11-foot ceilings, walls of windows, and expansive terraces.
