Joe Kelly is a Principal and Vice President. With 25 years in the construction business, Joe is the driving force behind the success of INTECH’s Renovations and Interiors Department. Joe leads this group on these intricate and fast-paced projects, for clients in retail, academia, healthcare, and institutions. Joe’s strong team focus and aggressive, professional approach to scope evaluation, value engineering, cost control, estimating and purchasing are highly valued assets. Joe is a LEED Accredited Professional, and is well-versed in issues of sustainability.
Joe’s significant knowledge of the Philadelphia regional marketplace contributes to his success in achieving project budgets. Joe’s projects benefit from his continuity, from initial budget through to final completion.
Joe received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Spring Garden College.
