Executive Management Team
Blaise Lutz is Principal, General Counsel & Vice President for INTECH, where he is directly responsible for the internal operations of the company. First joining INTECH in 1996 as a Project Accountant, Blaise has grown with INTECH and now manages the firm’s overall financial reporting process. Utilizing his legal education, Blaise oversees the negotiation of contracts and leases for INTECH, and directs the corporate risk management effort. He also manages the insurance and bonding program to ensure INTECH fulfills its contractual obligations, and he directs the insurance claims process. In conjunction with these responsibilities, Blaise serves as liaison with outside counsel in all legal matters.
Blaise earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University and a Juris Doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
