As a Project Director, Phil has managed several of INTECH’s major projects. With experience for academic, healthcare, residential, and corporate clients, Phil has demonstrated a proven ability to oversee complex projects, coordinating large teams with a high degree of collaboration. Phil is actively involved in his projects, beginning during the Pre-Construction phase, managing his teams through the transition into construction, and seeing the project through to formal closeout.
Phil earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University, and a Master in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
